Lean Machining

Lean manufacturing in a low-volume, high-mix aerospace manufacturing facility requires unique skill sets and thought process. At PMI Aerospace companies, our associates are trained to identify potential Lean target areas and to propose solutions for streamlining. Once projects are identified, a “Lean Champion” is identified to carry the project through all the steps needed for implementation.
